This traditional pils with “Kaapse” character is brewed with the bitter hop Perle and the aroma hop Saaz. The used yeast resembles the Budvar yeast from the Czech Republic with which beer has been brewed since 1265. The added rice flakes and the alcohol percentage of 4.6% ensure the drinkability of this characteristic Rotterdam Pils.
Ingredients: Water; pils, caramel, rice flakes malts; perle, saaz bitter hops; bottom fermenting yeast.
