Kaapse Kaap is Kaapse Brouwers’ craft beer taproom, located in historic Katendrecht. Kaapse Brouwers’ first brewery was located right on this cape, which is where we get our name. Kaapse Kaap is our taproom with the waterfront view of Rotterdam we were first inspired as brewers!

At Kaapse Kaap, we are committed to bringing great independent craft beers to Rotterdam. Sometimes our beers travel from across the world to get to our taps, and sometimes they come locally, right from our city.
With over 24 taps, the fresh beer we pour changes weekly, which means you’ll always find something new to explore at Kaap.
BOTTLESHOP
Looking for a place to pick up cans and bottles of local and international craft beers? We have you covered!
It’s not easy finding craft beer from independent breweries – what lands in big supermarkets are usually from big distributors, which means less experimental brewing. Our bottleshop presents a curated selection of rare craft beers from around the world.
We’re always discovering new breweries, which is reflected in the beers we select for our taps. Chances are, if you are introduced to a brewery at our bar, you’ll be able to take more of their beers home with you from our bottleshop!
BUCKETS & BOARDGAMES
Every Wednesday night, we play boardgames and offer a selection of our canned beers in an ice bucket, so you can enjoy our beers without interrupting gameplay!
Thanks to Rotterdam’s Tabletop Kingdom, we have a huge selection of new and classic games to choose from, all free to try. Perfect or a mid-week a friends night out!
RESERVATIONS
We accept reservations for groups larger than 8. Once you place your request, our team will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email from us.
