BREWERY TOURS BY BOAT!
At Kaapse Brouwers we love sharing our knowledge about beers and craft brewing, and the best place to do so is of course at our brewery. Book a tour to hear our stories and visit our taproom and brewery via boat across the river!
WE Begin AT OUR TAPROOM,
The tour begins at the first location we ever brewed: Katendrecht in Rotterdam. Our taproom Kaapse Kaap is located in the Fenix Food Factory, where we have over 24 beers on tap. Here, we will share our history with the neighbourhood over a first beer on the terrace or in the bar.
CONTINUE BY WATER,
After the introduction at Kaapse Kaap, we will take a watertaxi across the river Maas to our brewery. On this trip, you will see some of the most spectacular views of Rotterdam’s west-end from the water.
DOCK AT OUR BREWERY,
The boat arrives a short walk from our brewery on Keileweg in the west of Rotterdam. Here, you will see where our craft beer magic happens, hear how we brew what we do, and taste our core-range beers in our tasting room.
AND FINISH WITH A BEER!
We will return by water taxi back to Katendrecht, finishing the tour with a beer together – and perhaps linger for more in cozy Kaapse Kaap!

Use the form below to request a brewery tour. Our tour lasts about 3 hours and costs 54 euros per person, including beers. Tours are led in English. If you would prefer a tour in Dutch, please note this in your reservation request.
Reservations are possible with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 11 people. We offer tours on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note: your reservation is only final once you have received a confirmation from us.
Accessibility: The bar and brewery are both wheelchair accessible. The Water Taxi is accessible with a foldable wheelchair, but keep in mind that two steps must be taken (on the boat itself).

BEER TASTINGS
We love sharing our knowledge about craft beer, either from behind the bar or more thoroughly during one of our tastings.
At a tasting, a knowledgeable member of our team will share our beers from starting brew ingredients to finishing tasting notes. You will learn about brewing processes, different types of beers, and which beer suits you best!
BOOK A TASTING
Use the form below to request a tasting reservation. Tastings are 1,5 – 2 hrs at Kaapse Kaap Rotterdam in the fall & winter, and Kaapse Maria in the spring & summer. Tastings are €32 per person (minimum 6 people, maximum 16). For larger groups, please email tastings@kaapsebrouwers.nl.
We offer tastings on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
