Job description:

As a Hands-On Hospitality Manager, you’ll work closely with the head of hospitality and co-manage two of our hospitality venues. Your primary workplace changes with the seasons. You’re not only responsible for managing hospitality aspects but also actively involved in operational tasks on the floor. You support floor managers, resolve operational issues, aid the staff, proactively handle facility-related problems, and are well-versed in the financial aspects within hospitality.

Your responsibilities include:

– Actively managing daily operations in collaboration with floor managers

– Resolving operational issues and supporting the staff

– Proactively addressing facility challenges

– Managing budgets and costs

Your profile:

– Experience in the hospitality industry in a leadership role

– Affinity with craft beers is a must; wine experience is desirable

– Passion for hospitality with attention to detail in customer service

– Excellent communication and leadership skills

– An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to act proactively

– Financial insight into HR, procurement, and sales processes

– Skills in Lightspeed, SmartEndr, and L1NDA are considered valuable

– Excellent English verbal and written skills, Dutch is not a must.

– A half year contract for 32 hours per week or 36 hours negotiable, with the prospect of a permanent position
