We accept reservations for groups of 15 to 60 people.
Fill out the form below, and our team will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
Your reservation is only final once you’ve received a confirmation email from us.

GROUP PACKAGES
OPEN BAR
For groups of 30 or more.
With our open bar, you don’t have to worry about keeping track of drinks or bills. Simply pay a fixed price per person and enjoy unlimited drinks.
Basic Drinks Package:
- 2 hours: €29.50 p.p.
- 3 hours: €34.50 p.p.
- Each extra hour: €4.95 p.p.
Unlimited draft Willi fluitjes (core beers) and soft drinks.
Premium Drinks Package:
- 2 hours: €45.00 p.p.
- 3 hours: €60.00 p.p.
- Each extra hour: €15.00 p.p.
Unlimited draft Willi fluitjes & Bechers, soft drinks, house wines, schnaps, Kaapse cans, and imported beers.
Please note: Mixed drinks are not included in the drinks packages.
OPEN TAB
During your gathering, we’ll keep track of what your guests order.
At the end of the event, you can settle the bill at the bar. If you’d like, you can also set a budget in advance. We’ll let you know if you’re nearing that limit.
KAAPSE TOKENS
You can use our token system, where 1 token equals 1 drink.
You decide the value of a token and how many tokens you’d like to provide. Guests can exchange their tokens for drinks at the bar, and all these drinks will be added to a single tab. Once the tokens run out, the bill can be settled.

Drink Token Package
Host a fun gathering on Wednesdays or Thursdays with our special Drink Token Package for groups of 15 or more:
- 3 tokens per person: €13.95 p.p.
- 5 tokens per person: €21.95 p.p.
Tokens can be exchanged for Kaapse core beers, house wines, and soft drinks.
Valid only on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

SILENT DISCO
Make Your Party Unforgettable with Our Silent Disco!
The concept is simple: put on a headset and dance to your favorite music. You can create your own playlists or use our pre-made selections.
We’ll ensure the headsets are ready, the transmitters are set up (and tested), and we’ll also handle the return of the equipment afterward.
The Silent Disco is suitable for up to 50 people.
Silent Disco Pricing:
- 15 headsets: €95
- 20 headsets: €105
- 25 headsets: €115
- 30+ headsets: from €165
All headsets are equipped with 3 transmitters.
Prices exclude a service fee of €39.95.
We require a €100 deposit for the headsets, which will be refunded to your account within 7-14 days after inspection.
Please note: We do not provide playback devices for the Silent Disco. You’ll need to arrange these yourself.
